Spices and Seasonings:

Dill
Try dill in place of salt and pepper, especially in soups.  You might be surprised!

French Gray Sea Salt
A bit of a splurge, so look for sales.  Since you only need a pinch per dish, a 4.5-ounce tin will last a long time.

Greek Seasoning
Salad dressing, meat seasoning, tofu tamer... I'm going to go out on a limb and say this could replace Lawry's in your spice cabinet!

Lawry's Seasoned Salt
I tried to introduce the reduced sodium version into our household.  Stick with the original!  (It's alphabetized by brand name for a reason!)

Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Hey, locavores!  Did you know Kikkoman's is grown and processed in WI?  Try the low sodium version- you can't taste the difference, but I bet your heart can!

Parsley
